Master Drainage Study North of Arizona Canal

Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, Arizona

The purpose of this project was to develop a FLO-2D model and mitigation CIP program for a 42 square mile watershed. J2 worked closely with SRP-MIC to provide training on FLO-2D. The Community utilized information from this study to immediately address flooding issues at the northeast corner of the Talking Stick Resort. Key objectives of this project included the identification of flood hazards and the development of a flood mitigation CIP program.
